The role involves assisting the Systems team with daily operations, managing the Help Desk ticket system, and ensuring best practices are followed.

Responsibilities
Work the Help Desk ticket system and resolve team member issues
Serve as the first point of contact for Cardinal team members with system-related issues
Support our suite of software products by assisting the Cardinal team with system access, user provisioning and technical support
Make recommendations on best practices and operational procedures
Actively maintains technical knowledge and collaborates, where appropriate, to ensure advice given is appropriate to the needs of the organization
Leverage technical knowledge to capture and classify content, seeking advice when required
Assists in the investigation and resolution of issues relating to Cardinal systems
Gather and record information to facilitate Problem resolution
Responds to a broad range of service requests for support by providing information to fulfill requests or enable resolution
Contributes to creation of support documentation
Participate in Cardinal U training as required

Capability to explain solutions in non-technical terms
Strong customer service skills
Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred
Working knowledge of property management software: Yardi, Entrata, RentCafé, RealPage, and Gsuite are preferred
