Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day management of software subscriptions which includes providing guidance to customers and engagement team on the subscription process and assisting initiation and onboarding of US subscriptions
Perform timely billing of annual subscriptions as well as communicating upcoming client subscription renewal period to the respective groups
Generate reports for billing and upcoming renewals, providing support for application and access issues, and business testing
Build trusted relationships with global/member firm stakeholders; communicate status and risks to manager
Ensure compliance with firm policies and quality standards; maintain impeccable documentation to support internal/external reviews
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualification
Required
Minimum three years of recent experience maintaining subscriptions or administering billable accounts
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
Strong stakeholder management and clear, concise communication (written, verbal, presentation)
Ability to synthesize information and make informed decisions under time constraints
Collaboration across time zones and cultures; ability to lead without authority
High attention to detail, documentation rigor, and commitment to quality(200TEC)
