Help Desk Intern

The Help Desk Intern will assist the IT Department with configuring cell phones, responding to help desk tickets, and managing distributions of cell phones.

Responsibilities
Configuring cell phones company-wide (including setting up and clearing)
Responding to help desk tickets related to cell phones
Tracking and logging distributions of cell phones along with proper location coding
Communicate with phone carriers for any service-related issues or concerns
Create shipping labels for items to be shipped out to branches/offices
Qualification
Required

Respond to help desk tickets related to cell phones
