Administrative Assistant
OHSU School of Dentistry is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the midwifery faculty clinical practice and managers. This role involves scheduling, credentialing, onboarding, payroll submission, and general administrative support across multiple practice locations.

Responsibilities
Assist with the credentialing and onboarding processes for all newly hired midwifery faculty
Organization of all midwifery clinical faculty clinic and on-call schedules at all midwifery practice locations
Time Keeping and Payroll submission for all PTO, sick, per diem, and other leave hours for the Midwifery Faculty at all practice locations
Serve as scheduler for online Webex meetings, interviews, and events for Midwifery Faculty practice, take meeting minutes, administrative support for Group Prenatal Care
Process all P-card transactions and reimbursements as directed by the manager/director
Provide general administrative support to the Midwifery clinical practice
Liaison for Human Resources support for all clinical providers in the SON
Supports the Midwifery Practice Manager and Senior Associate Dean for Practice for SON Clinical Practice Outreach: including credentialing, intake/change/term documents, FPPE, OPPE
Qualification
Required
Two years of general office or secretarial experience; OR An Associate's degree or certificate in office occupations or office technology and one year of general office or secretarial experience; OR A Bachelor's degree and one year of general office or secretarial experience; OR An equivalent combination of training and experience
Previous work experience with clinical scheduling and payroll submission
Demonstrated professionalism and integrity
Demonstrated successful work experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Well-versed and developed technology skills
Ability to take initiative and ownership of responsibilities
Excellent forecasting, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail; successful demonstration of experience working in detail-oriented capacity with proven record of accuracy
Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative and the ability to work with diverse groups; students, faculty, staff, community business partners
Excellent organizational skills; ability to be self-directed and set own work priorities
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration or a field directly related to the position will substitute for two years of the required experience
