Client Service Representative

95 Percent Group Inc. is a leader in literacy intervention instruction for pre-K through grade 8 across the U.S. The Client Service Representative will work with a support team to respond to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience through effective communication and resolution management.

Responsibilities

Client Order Inquiries – Order & Shipping Status
Respond to all inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
Gather information and accurately identify the critical components
Based on the level of issue/type of need, determine the appropriate path for investigation and resolution
Provide a bridge to team members on issues requiring specialized assistance (ie: technical, client, product support)
Resolution Management – Complaints & Quality Control
Investigate order problems to identify the issues involved
Utilize company systems, resources, team members and outside resources to identify potential solutions
Develop an action plan that effectively addresses the problem
Maintain effective communication with all involved
Follow-up with other departments on the status of investigations/actions plans
Work with outside contacts to confirm their response
Set and maintain follow-up communications with clients concerning their call
Implementation
Plans to resolve concerns are communicated to clients in a timely manner
All components of plans are effectively implemented
Confirmation is obtained that solutions successfully address client problems
Follow-up communication is done with the clients to ensure ongoing resolution
Company Resource
Act as a resource by regularly reporting information/insights gained from client interactions that will enable the Company to better serve clients
Other Duties
Provide assistance on additional tasks/projects as needed

Required

Associate's or bachelor's degree; or equivalent work experience
Excellent client service skills that are responsive to client inquiries and needs
Communication skills that effectively express concern, accurately gather information, and build trust and confidence
A collaborative team-player who can effectively work with others in accomplishing objectives
Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks
A self-starter who explores solutions and carries tasks from start to finish
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred

A background in Client Relationship Management systems (CRM), Salesforce preferred
Interest in literacy and improving reading achievement for students
