Responsibilities

Support building-design projects for new construction, additions, alterations, and code compliance
Responsible for architectural projects
Existing conditions documentation
Architectural design
Code compliance
Construction documents
Contract administration
Project close-out
Managing communication with internal team, clients, consultants, and contractors while working with the principals

Qualification

B.Arch.M.Arch.Connecticut Architectural LicenseRevitLEED certification experienceAutoCADSketch UpPhotoshopInDesignMicrosoft OfficeNCARB CertificateLEED GA CertificateGovernment clientsCommercial clientsSoft skills

Required

B.Arch. or M.Arch. from an accredited institution
Minimum 7 years of experience in an architectural office
Experience with K-12 projects
Proficiency in Revit
Successful completion of at least one LEED certified / Passive House project in which the applicant played a key role in design or documentation for certification
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft office products

Preferred

Connecticut Architectural License is a plus
NCARB Certificate
LEED GA Certificate
Experience with government and commercial clients
