RocketEMS is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to support their production operations and ensure high-quality, efficient manufacturing. In this role, you will work closely with production teams to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and deliver engineering solutions that meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

Support production by reducing downtime and resolving engineering issues (programming, MPI, tooling, design, line stoppages)

Drive quality and yield improvements through root cause analysis and corrective actions

Review build schedules and ensure all documentation, tooling, and processes are ready for production

Conduct pre-build reviews, first article inspections, and validate process setups (SMT, Through-Hole, Reflow, Wave Solder, etc.)

Design, order, and maintain tooling such as stencils and fixtures

Provide real-time technical support and training to operators

Review quality data, identify trends, and implement process improvements

Collaborate with Program Managers and Quality teams to meet customer requirements and support DFM, ECOs, and failure analysis

Participate in ISO compliance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (or equivalent experience)

Experience in electronics manufacturing processes (SMT, Through-Hole, Reflow, Wave Solder)

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
