Responsibilities
Manage cold, inbound, and warm leads across multiple channels
Book qualified meetings for the sales team
Run discovery calls and qualify prospects against ICP
Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and documentation
Collaborate with AEs to improve pipeline quality
Contribute to playbook development and team learnings
Qualification
Required
1+ year of B2B SDR or inside sales experience
Proven track record of hitting quota or activity targets
Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
