Qualification
Required
Strong talent sourcing skills, including proficiency with LinkedIn
Ability to research and analyze market trends to identify top talent
Experience with candidate engagement, communication, and relationship-building across diverse talent pools
Organizational skills to handle talent pipelines, and manage multiple tasks
Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment
Preferred
Prior experience with sourcing for sales or technology roles is a plus
