Account Executive
XSponse is redefining how organizations prevent incidents and protect people with their AI-powered safety platform. The Account Executive will generate and close new business, build relationships, and work alongside partners to expand XSponse's presence in key vertical markets.
Responsibilities
Generate and close new business across target verticals
Build and execute territory and account plans
Partner with system integrators to develop and win opportunities
Create Value, provide demos, and deliver executive-level presentations
Drive deals from first conversation to signed agreement
Maintain a strong, accurate pipeline in CRM
Consistently exceed revenue targets
Qualification
Required
Proven hunter with a track record of closing new business
3+ years of B2B technology or security sales experience
Strong executive presence and presentation skills
Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Impeccable follow-up skills and strong attention to detail
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments
Preferred
Experience selling through channel partners or system integrators preferred
