Responsibilities
Partner with the team to help educate customers on the infrastructure requirements of Stryker’s Vocera solutions
Work closely with the customer's IT team to ensure they fully understand our deployment methodologies and requirements
Qualify the customer's network infrastructure via assessments using Ekahau, AI Pro Survey, Omnipeek, and Wireshark analysis tools
Provide feedback and consultation on any remediation that may be necessary for a successful customer experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelors in Information Technology or a related field
Understanding or training of Windows and cloud architectures
Understanding or training of server virtualization
70% travel throughout US
Preferred
2+ years relatable experience preferred
Experience deploying mobile apps for smart phones via MDM solutions
Understanding or training of wireless or networking technologies
CCNA and/or CWNP certifications preferred
