Responsibilities

Partner with the Director, EDI to develop and implement strategic goals and business plans for education and interprofessional training programs
Produce data-driven reports to inform decisions, assess outcomes, and support departmental and institutional priorities
Serve as a liaison between clinical education programs and key internal/external stakeholders including academic departments, hospital leadership, and regional partners
Organize and lead program steering committees, advisory groups, and subcommittees to ensure efficient program oversight and stakeholder engagement
Contribute to the development, maintenance, and enforcement of institutional and departmental policies and procedures related to clinical and interprofessional education
Ensure all educational initiatives align with institutional values, standards, and goals
Design, implement, and evaluate interprofessional education experiences that engage learners from various clinical backgrounds
Identify opportunities for collaboration across disciplines to improve healthcare team communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care
Lead initiatives that support the development of interprofessional competencies among clinical staff and trainees
Develop and oversee new educational offerings that promote integration of clinical practice, leadership, and communication skills across disciplines
Coordinate with clinical departments and education partners to ensure alignment with accreditation and regulatory requirements
Maintain regular communication with collaborators and stakeholders to assess program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
Represent the institution in regional and national forums related to interprofessional education and clinical training
Collaborate with external organizations, including healthcare systems and academic institutions, to develop shared educational initiatives and training models
Serve on institutional committees and contribute to the planning and execution of education development and professional learning events

Required

Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field
Five years project/program management experience
Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources

Preferred

Master's Degree Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field
Experience leading or participating in interprofessional clinical teams
Experience with planning or participating in regional or national clinical education conferences or symposia
