The Net Revenue Analyst Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of net revenue reporting and oversees the month-end close process while providing leadership and support to regional analysts.

Responsibilities
Calculate reserve estimates on a monthly basis using Crowe RCA, and prepare the corresponding journal entries to accurately reflect reserves in the general ledger
Analyze monthly net revenue reports, identify variances, and develop explanations to communicate findings to regional finance teams and corporate stakeholders
Compile RCA and Meditech reports for month-end close discussions with regional CFOs, ensuring transparency and accuracy in reporting
Review and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts related to net revenue on a monthly basis to maintain financial integrity
Perform daily reconciliations between Meditech general ledger and Crowe Revenue Analytics to ensure consistency and accuracy
Ensure all reporting deadlines are met consistently, maintaining timeliness and accuracy in all deliverables
Train new analysts on the use of Crowe RCA, Tableau, SmartView, and other relevant tools, fostering a knowledgeable and efficient team environment
Coordinate periodic team training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge sharing across the revenue cycle team
Develop, document, and automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort in revenue analysis and reconciliation tasks
Assist the Net Revenue Manager in reviewing analyst work, providing guidance, and ensuring quality standards are maintained
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline workflows and enhance reporting accuracy
Collaborate effectively with regional CFOs, finance teams, and corporate accounting to facilitate clear communication and resolve issues promptly
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong analytical skills
Attention to detail
Ability to interpret complex financial data
Excellent communication skills
Experience in training and mentoring team members
Proactive approach to process improvement
Adaptable and organized
Capable of managing multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines
Preferred
Prior experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, financial analysis, or accounting
Demonstrated proficiency in revenue analytics tools such as Crowe RCA, Tableau, and Meditech
