Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
Operate a multi-line phone system and manage all incoming calls
Collect relevant information from callers and route calls to the appropriate department or individual
Welcome visitors and notify employees of arrivals
Manage document uploads, faxing, and record maintenance within clinical documentation systems
Ensure accurate attachment of documentation to patient records
Maintain office and clinical supply inventory and coordinate supplies for field staff
Provide general administrative and clerical support as assigned
Complete additional duties as required
Handle personal health information (PHI) in accordance with organisational and departmental guidelines
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of experience using a PC and multi-line phone system
Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and OneDrive
Ability to work a flexible schedule when required
Primarily sedentary role with occasional lifting or carrying of items up to 10 lbs
Occasional walking or standing may be required
