Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate, professional, and leadership roles across the organization
Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to design smart, scalable hiring strategies
Act as a trusted advisor on labor market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices
Coach and mentor junior recruiters to raise the bar on recruiting excellence
Build and manage proactive pipelines using sourcing tools, networking, referrals, and outreach
Deliver a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience
Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring outcomes
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Support employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field - or equivalent experience
7+ years of progressive recruiting experience (corporate, in-house, or enterprise)
Experience recruiting across multiple business functions
Strong knowledge of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruiting analytics
Solid understanding of employment laws and equitable hiring practices
Preferred
Experience mentoring or leading junior recruiters
SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR, or AIRS certification
