Human Resources Administrative Specialist

Responsibilities
Keep the department running seamlessly by anticipating needs and resolving issues before they escalate
Manage compensation-related intake through ServiceNow and departmental inboxes
Support annual compensation planning processes and related initiatives
Organize and maintain documentation to support audits, compliance, and tracking
Coordinate meetings, calendars, materials, and logistics for leadership and project teams
Process vendor invoices and track departmental budgets
Maintain HR intranet content and support policy and process implementation
Lead and support projects while serving as backup to other HR administrative specialists
Qualification
Required
Bachelor?s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
At least 3 years of professional experience in HR or a related environment
Strong technology literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Exceptional attention to detail, judgment, and organizational skills
A proactive mindset with a bias toward action, curiosity, and continuous improvement
Ability to work independently while collaborating across diverse teams
