Responsibilities
7 –12+ years (senior) of Physical Design experience
Hands-on advanced node (≤7nm, preferably 5nm or 3nm) experience
Strong full-chip integration and timing closure background
3DIC / 2.5DIC Enablement
Learn and apply 3DIC physical design methodologies
Support interposer-based 2.5DIC integration
Collaborate with multi-die, packaging, and sign-off teams
Support IBM 3DIC experimental and 2.5DIC production programs , focusing on PNR flow bring-up, debugging, and optimization using Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor or IBM tool flows
Qualification
Required
