Responsibilities
Manage an engineering team including mentoring, goal setting and conducting annual performance reviews
Work closely with your team to develop performance enhancements for GPU driver stack, tracking and fixing bugs, and testing drivers to be aligned with key deliverables
Provide technical guidance to engineers
Understand and present technical status updates to upper managers, peers, and engineer teams
Have technical insight to guide priorities and translate the asks into right actions
Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize deliverables
Qualification
Required
Established background in managing supervising, or leading a large software engineering team, preferably working on compilers, 3D graphics, and/or device drivers in a fast-paced environment
Manage an engineering team including mentoring, goal setting and conducting annual performance reviews
Work closely with your team to develop performance enhancements for GPU driver stack, tracking and fixing bugs, and testing drivers to be aligned with key deliverables
Provide technical guidance to engineers
Understand and present technical status updates to upper managers, peers, and engineer teams
Have technical insight to guide priorities and translate the asks into right actions
Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize deliverables
BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar discipline
Preferred
Multiple years' experience as a software developer, preferred experience in driver development, 3D, and GPUs
Undergraduate degree in a software or technical discipline
Strong organization and communication skills
Demonstrated track record of project delivery in a large cross-functional organization
Knowledge of software engineering practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
