Responsibilities

Lead and govern complex technical programs spanning multiple teams and business units
Drive end-to-end program lifecycle management from initiation through delivery
Define scope, milestones, timelines, and measurable success criteria
Ensure programs are delivered on schedule and aligned with strategic objectives
Develop comprehensive project plans and roadmaps
Coordinate cross-functional resources and dependencies
Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
Balance competing priorities across multiple initiatives
Provide clear, structured updates to stakeholders and executive leadership
Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies
Facilitate alignment across engineering, product, and operations teams
Support executive decision-making with data-driven insights
Partner closely with engineering, product, design, and business teams
Drive accountability and ownership across distributed stakeholders
Promote operational excellence and process optimization

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
OR equivalent practical experience
Demonstrated experience in technical program management or project management
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies
Proven ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships

Preferred

Master's degree in a related technical or business discipline
Experience within large-scale technology environments
Familiarity working across diverse product portfolios
Experience operating in high-growth or rapidly evolving organizations
