Line Service Technician Supervisor
The Charlotte County Airport Authority (CCAA) is currently seeking a Line Service Technician Supervisor at Punta Gorda Airport. This role is responsible for overseeing safe and compliant aircraft fueling operations, maintaining quality control, conducting training for new hires, and fostering a safety culture throughout the airport.

Responsibilities
Operates all aircraft fueling operations per FAA requirements and airline standards
Maintains daily record keeping as assigned, electronic or manual
Maintains quality control records and ensures FBO's compliance with ATA Part 103, NFPA 407, and FAR 139.321
Assists FBO Manager in fuel facility and FBO audits by outside agencies
Biennially qualifies as a Fuel Quality Control Supervisor as per FAA Part 139.321
Conducts on-the-job training for new hires
Reports personnel conflicts and issues as per our Personnel Policy Manual to the FBO Manager
Coordinates with FBO Manager and other Line Service Tech Supervisors on executing long term goals and projects for the FBO
Assists in the operations and maintenance of all bulk fuel storage systems
Coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance on fuel trucks and fuel farm with outside agencies
Assists in the preventative maintenance (daily checks), cleanliness and proper storage of all aircraft and FBO ground support equipment. Equipment shall be maintained to exceed industry standards and shall strive for 100% readiness
Assists with the daily functions of the customer service counter and airside operations
Fosters a Safety Culture throughout the Airport
Performs the daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual fuel quality testing and record results
Performs airport security duties
Perform other duties as assigned or required
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
1 year of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified, preferably in an outside environment
Valid Florida Driver's License
Able to problem solve independently or seek assistance
Knowledge of general and commercial aviation operations and procedures
Skilled with aviation and ground base radio systems or similar equipment
Able to provide excellent customer service
Remains up to date on changing fueling regulations from various organizations
Requires 24-hour/7-day on-call status
Able to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends and holidays
Capable of working in all weather conditions, including extreme heat
Able to lift 50 pounds, push, climb and walk for the majority of the workday
Exposure to and handles hazardous materials
