Required

3+ years of experience in software development
Ability to build core product features used daily by finance teams and founders
Experience working across the stack and shipping to real production systems
Ability to collaborate closely with product, design, and customers
Ability to help define technical direction as the company grows
Strong fundamentals and genuine curiosity
Ownership mindset and high agency
Comfort with ambiguity and fast iteration
Clear communication and respect for users
Working hours: Pacific Time (PT) business hours required
Fully remote role
Required for real-time collaboration with customers, engineers, and founders
Off-hours work required for go-lives, escalations, and weekly meetings with the founders
