Qualification
Required
8+ years in Java ecosystem; deep expertise in Spring Boot & Microservices
Strong knowledge of Kafka / RabbitMQ, async messaging, and distributed transactions
Hands‑on with containerization, CI/CD, and cloud-native architecture
Expert in API design, gateways, rate limiting, throttling, resilience patterns
Solid understanding of security, tokenization, IAM, encryption, and secure coding
Ability to communicate architectural decisions clearly to both technical and business stakeholders
