Responsibilities
Architect and lead end-to-end ML/AI solutions supporting various use cases for a large enterprise using LLMs, deep learning, and probabilistic modeling—from ideation to deployment
Deploy scalable Generative AI and Agentic AI systems that directly support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency
Establish and promote best practices in AI development, including responsible AI deployment, model validation, and ethical considerations
Drive innovation by identifying emerging AI technologies and translating research into practical, scalable applications that add value to the organization
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to develop robust, production-grade AI pipelines, APIs, and infrastructure to ensure seamless integration and deployment
Prototype and deliver AI-powered applications, such as web interfaces, dashboards, and visualizations, to facilitate data-driven decision-making processes
Influence senior leadership by aligning AI initiatives with enterprise strategy and effectively communicating insights and technical concepts
Mentor and develop junior talent, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation within the team
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 7+ years of experience in data science, AI engineering, or related fields
Recognized industry expertise in AI and machine learning
Proven track record of delivering impactful solutions
Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, natural language processing (NLP), optimization, and large language models
Strong programming skills in Python
Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
A master's or doctoral degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related quantitative field
Preferred
Hands-on experience with AI deployment and orchestration frameworks such as MLflow, llama-index, and MCP
Proficiency in R
Familiarity with SQL, database design, cloud-native data platforms, vector databases, and semantic search technologies
