Key member of financial leadership with ownership of close process and management of accounting team
Oversight of accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, and financial reporting
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financials and budget
Influence and improve controls, processes, and operational efficiency
Lead process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to streamline reporting and analytics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA - plus
Targeting 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong ERP and Excel skills
Preferred
Non-Profit or Fund Accounting experience preferred
