This role will focus on performing mechanical and electrical repairs on CNC machinery, ensuring equipment is running optimally at customer sites.

Responsibilities

Perform hands-on maintenance of machines
Troubleshoot and diagnose machine issues, ensuring accurate repairs and minimal downtime. Both mechanically and electrically
Conduct preventative maintenance on machine systems
Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary
Document service visits, repairs, and maintenance activities in detailed reports
Travel to customer location as required, ensuring timely and effective service

Required

Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service or equipment repair, with focus on CNC machines
Mechanical and electrical aptitude
Strong technical knowledge of CNC machines
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, schematics and manuals
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills to explain technical information clearly to customers
Willingness to travel extensively for on-site repairs and support
Valid driver's license (Enhanced License a plus)
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in US without employer sponsorship
Must possess a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets the requirements to be covered under the company's auto insurance policy
