Responsibilities
Audit, cleanse, and validate large data sets across multiple systems
Maintain ongoing data synchronization between ERP, CRM, and internal platforms
Develop and execute ETL workflows to support system integrations
Build and monitor reports using SQL, Excel, and/or SSRS
Troubleshoot data gaps, inconsistencies, and sync issues in partnership with technical stakeholders
Support ongoing phases of a multi-system implementation and enhancement roadmap
Recommend improvements to data processes, structure, and governance
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on data analysis experience
Strong proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel, and ETL/data transformation methods
Experience supporting ERP or CRM integrations (D365, CE, or similar platforms a plus)
Ability to work autonomously, move quickly, and stay ahead of project needs
Strong communication skills and comfort working with both technical and operational teams
Preferred
Experience with D365 (F&O or CE)
Prior work supporting data migration or multi-system sync
Familiarity with SSRS, APIs, or cross-system reporting
