They are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their New York team, responsible for winning new business, managing the recruitment lifecycle, and building relationships with technology leaders in the FinTech sector.

Responsibilities
Proactively win new business across the FinTech technology market
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from BD and job qualification through to placement
Build and maintain relationships with CTOs, Engineering Managers, and Technology leaders
Source, qualify, and manage candidates across engineering, infrastructure, and data roles
Run your own desk, managing pipeline, activity, and billing targets
Work a mix of contingent and retained mandates
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a 360 recruiter, ideally within Technology, FinTech, SaaS, or Financial Services
Confidence in business development and winning new roles
Strong delivery skills and ability to manage multiple processes at once
Experience running or contributing to a desk with consistent billings
Drive, resilience, and a hands-on approach to recruitment
Preferred
Understanding of the technology hiring market is highly desirable
