Administrative Assistant
SERVPRO of Northwest Phoenix/Anthem is hiring an Administrative Assistant! In this role, you would assist office teammates and customers by handling office tasks, providing professional assistance via phone and email, and being a positive presence in the workplace.

Responsibilities
Perform fundamental daily administrative tasks to assist the office team
Coordinate crew and job scheduling
Perform detailed and accurate data entry
Audit job files daily
Provide update to insurance clients
Provide updates to direct clients
Schedule crews on an emergency basis
Must be willing and able to work between construction department and mitigation department with ease
Assist other departments, as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED (preferred)
Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
