Perform service, startup, commissioning, and preventative maintenance on all products
Manage work orders efficiently, closing them within one week
Train customers and promote service contracts and spare parts sales
Troubleshoot technical issues, including electrical schematics and PLC systems
Maintain tools and handle travel arrangements for diverse locations
Qualification
Required
Skilled in reading electrical schematics, PID's, and system documentation
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on quality and ownership
Organized, detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
Experience working with electrical, pneumatic, and PLC (Siemens) systems
Ability to work independently with strong time management
