Administrative Business Partner, Data Center Operations

Responsibilities
Coordinate and optimize calendars, travel, expenses and priorities for Global Server Operations (GSO) and Data Center Operations (DCOps) site managers on site while operating in a fluid environment. Plan and execute site-wide and team events, both internally and off-site
Schedule, maintain, and update management calendar. Prepare meetings for site management or team. Assist with note taking and action item creation for designated site manager meetings
Anticipate site manager needs as a trusted thought partner who proactively identifies issues, develops creative solutions, improves team operations, and demonstrates organizational skills by prioritizing tasks with precision and detail
Maintain the highest standards of Google confidentiality, with an understanding of Google policies and procedures
Participate actively as a member of the Global Partnerships ABP Community and contribute to site and culture initiatives. Assess and advocate for office space needs
Qualification
Required
3 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.)
Preferred
6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution
Experience managing projects and events from pre-planning to execution
Ability to be organized and capable of managing multiple priorities, deadlines and actively seeking opportunities and proposing solutions
Ability to work independently with strong investigative skills and build relationships with all stakeholders
Ability to communicate and collaborate with a various range of people and job functions
