Responsibilities
Manage and scale security engineering programs by defining project milestones, success criteria, resourcing and driving the execution
Drive initiatives among cross-functional teams to define project requirements, and establish project scope which includes defining the roadmap and long-term strategy of the teams that you are partnering with
Break large and complex projects down into manageable pieces, understand the end-to-end solution and drive the delivery
Proactively identify and drive organization's engineering and operational process optimization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor/ Master Degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information System or equivalent experience
2+ years of working experience in technical project management or software engineering
Familiar with engineering agile practice and general project management framework and tooling
Experience working with engineering teams on software development life cycle
Excellent communication skills and be able to manage stakeholders across global teams
Preferred
Strong sense of responsibility and highly focus on execution
Experience working with security engineering teams on software development
