They are seeking an Engineer Intern to provide engineering solutions in support of the Plutonium Facilities Engineering Team's mission, which includes systems engineering support and design services for facility operations.

Perform work in a Nuclear Facility
Provide systems engineering support to operations and maintenance activities
Provide design and project engineering services in support of Facility Operations
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor's degree program in any engineering discipline. Engineering degree in greatest demand include Mechanical, Electrical, Nuclear, and Fire Protection Engineering
Enrolled in and successfully complete a minimum of 12 undergraduate credit hours per semester (or equivalent of full-time enrollment)
Have and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on 4.0 scale. Note: Students must provide the program coordinator with current, official transcripts annually to remain eligible
Pass a new employment drug test: The Laboratory requires successful applicants to complete a new employment drug test and maintains a substance abuse policy that includes random drug testing
