Responsibilities

Designing and iterating multi‑agent architectures for production use
Building evaluation and experimentation frameworks for large‑scale testing
Engineering context, retrieval, and memory systems for agent reasoning
Developing production‑level Python code that ships directly into the product
Owning projects end to end, from scoping through to delivery
Collaborating closely with engineering leadership and cross‑functional teams in an onsite environment

Qualification

Required

Strong capability in ML engineering, applied AI, or research‑oriented AI development
Commercial experience deploying and iterating on multi‑agent, ML, or LLM‑driven systems

Ability to design experiments, evaluate models, and develop scalable frameworks
Experience in fast‑paced, high‑ownership environments such as hedge funds, fintechs, or scaling startups
A background in Computer Science, ML, AI, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
