Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy advanced experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure for our Machine Learning solutions
Build and maintain comprehensive metrics and measurement systems to evaluate ML model performance and business impact
Implement causal inference models and multi-touch attribution systems tracking
Build and implement revenue potential assessment models and product sizing methodologies
Research and prototype novel experimentation techniques addressing complex challenges like user behavior variability and data limitations
Work closely with Product Managers, ML Engineers, and stakeholders to execute projects from conception to production
Support strategic decision-making through rigorous statistical analysis and modeling
Qualification
Required
Master's degree with 4+ years of industry experience, OR PhD with 2+ years of industry experience
Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related quantitative field
Fluent in SQL and Python for data analysis, statistical modeling, and system development
Strong hands-on experience with A/B testing design, implementation, and statistical analysis
Strong hands-on experience with causal inference methodologies
Strong hands-on experience with attribution modeling and measurement frameworks
Strong hands-on experience with machine learning model evaluation and performance monitoring
Strong hands-on experience with statistical modeling and hypothesis testing
Strong communication skills with ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Experience working in cross-functional teams with product managers and engineers
Preferred
Prior experience in advertising industry and real-time bidding (RTB) ecosystem
Background in econometrics or marketing mix modeling
Experience with large-scale data systems and cloud platform
