Responsibilities
Perform a variety of complex assembly operations under a microscope, with little or no supervision
Perform die bonding, wire bonding, header assembly or other operations of comparable difficulty
Use small hand tools and microscope
Read and interpret complex assembly drawings and other documents to determine sequence of operation and proper assembly procedures
Assist in meeting department production goals
Detailed knowledge of automatic or manual wire bonding and die bonding machines if applicable
Read and follow operational sheets
Work in a team environment
Cross train
Determine priorities with given resources
Qualification
Required
This position requires a U.S Person or a person who can qualify for a department of state or commercial license
High School Diploma or equivalent
Good eyesight and manual dexterity
Ability to read and interpret complex assembly drawings
