Responsibilities

Assess leadership and organizational needs using structured diagnostics
Develop initiatives that strengthen management effectiveness and team performance
Support talent planning, succession processes, and internal mobility
Create and deliver development programs for managers and senior leaders
Facilitate workshops, team sessions, and leadership forums
Promote a culture of feedback, accountability, and continuous growth
Develop blended learning journeys combining in-person, virtual, and digital formats
Enhance onboarding experiences to accelerate integration and productivity
Introduce modern development methodologies and tools
Oversee learning platforms and development systems
Track outcomes and use data insights to refine programs
Ensure alignment between development initiatives and business priorities
Act as a trusted advisor to executives and functional leaders
Collaborate with human resources partners to embed development into core people processes
Manage external vendors and oversee the development budget

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
