In this role, you will provide essential technical assistance to employees experiencing software, hardware, and connectivity issues, while managing incident requests and troubleshooting escalated issues.

Responsibilities
Manage the incident management queue and resolve support requests within company guidelines
Troubleshoot escalated issues from the Service Desk and deliver high-quality, customer-focused support
Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and networking issues following established procedures
Support employees accessing corporate data on personal devices using mobile application management (MAM) tools such as Microsoft Authenticator, Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams
Maintain detailed documentation of company PC assets and update asset records as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Windows 11 configuration and troubleshooting
Strong understanding of installation, configuration, and problem resolution
Experience supporting BYOD environments and MAM tools
Knowledge of wired/wireless connectivity concepts and troubleshooting methods
Ability to diagnose, repair, and replace laptop/desktop components and peripherals
Experience with imaging tools for refresh and upgrade processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including root cause analysis
Excellent customer service with the ability to prioritize multiple issues in a fast-paced environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable explaining technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
