Miaplaza is a company dedicated to elevating online learning through innovative educational platforms. They are seeking Curriculum Developer Interns to develop learning materials and support the creation of K-12 curriculum, while gaining essential insights and hands-on experience in the field.

Responsibilities
You will learn to develop and support in the development of a variety of learning materials for a K-12 student audience
Asynchronous instructional activities
Multiple choice assessment items
Educational video scripts or supplemental help videos
Perform quality assurance checks on soon-to-be released curriculum materials
Assist in the development of a standards-based curriculum organizational system
Participate in various synchronous and asynchronous professional development and training activities
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 2 years of classroom teaching experience at the K-12 level
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related field
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University, completing an Advanced Degree in Instructional Design, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field
Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
Knowledge of the structure of an effective lesson
Ability to differentiate instruction to make learning accessible, engaging, and age-appropriate
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially written
Proficiency in using Google Suite
Excellent attention to detail
Growth mindset and motivated by constructive feedback
Proven ability to work independently, manage schedule, and meet deadlines
High standards of integrity and transparency
Access to a computer/laptop (with camera) and reliable high-speed internet connection
