Enhance and implement Salesforce systems across retail and investment management businesses
Collaborate with teams to design and develop new features
Ensure solutions align with the firm's vision and best practices
Increase adoption and integrate Salesforce with third-party and internal platforms
Deploy rapid prototyping to propose solutions to complex challenges
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, preferably Salesforce Lightning in the financial industry
Proficiency in APEX, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Basic knowledge of integrating Salesforce with third-party vendors, API integration, and RESTful services
Expertise in programming, reports, dashboards, and workflows
Solid knowledge of databases, including SQL and SOQL
Understanding of DevOps best practices, including version control, CICD tools, and Salesforce DX
Familiarity with the full development lifecycle, including Agile methodologies
Experience with Apex test classes and scripts
Strong written and verbal communication skills
