Contributing to a designated project or initiative to meet a KP business objective
Report development and analytics
Project management - planning, execution, and measurement
Learning new applications needed to complete assignments or support the execution of business objectives
Job shadowing in other functional areas
Performing additional duties as required
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a graduate degree or have completed a graduate program from an accredited university within the last year
Bachelors degree required
Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Identifying issues and developing sound solutions
Communication (Verbal & Written): Clearly conveying complex information to diverse audiences
Scope and Project Management: Defining project scope, creating schedules, managing dependencies, and tracking progress
Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential project risks
Process Mapping and Improvement: Proficiency with software like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar platforms
Data Analysis Experience: Using data to support process analysis and decision making; Quantifying performance and reporting on project metrics
Stakeholder Engagement: Identifying and establishing connections with critical stakeholders, understanding and delivering against their expectations

Data System Understanding: Familiarity with how an organized collection of hardware, software, and processes work together to capture, store, process, and deliver information, encompassing its components (like databases, pipelines), functions (analytics, operations), quality, and business context
3.0 GPA or above
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time
