Responsibilities
Own and optimize a core microservices architecture running on Kubernetes
Build scalable data processing pipelines handling large volumes of AI interaction data
Scale distributed databases such as ClickHouse to unlock powerful analytics
Design and automate secure customer-VPC deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP
Collaborate closely with the founding team to shape technical architecture and product direction
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or site reliability engineering
Deep expertise in Kubernetes, managing production-grade deployments
Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (NATS, Kafka)
Background working with high-throughput data systems like ClickHouse
Experience operating multi-cloud production systems (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and Go
A track record of building developer-facing platforms with intuitive APIs
Natural curiosity and a strong bias for action, you enjoy solving hard problems and exploring new approaches
