Manufacturing Engineer (QA) Intern
CUES Inc. is a global company specializing in HVAC and detection solutions. They are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (QA) Intern to gain hands-on experience by working with plant engineers and the quality team to evaluate processes and support continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities
Work with plant engineers to evaluate, develop and document processes
Help perform training of personnel in such processes
Work with Production to understand current state; use this knowledge to generate changes that result in error proof processes
Support and work with the Quality team to reduce errors that lead to customer complaints
Perform audits of Quality processes and Management System elements. Generate reports detailing any deficiencies that were identified
Support the overall continuous improvement projects of SPX at the Olathe manufacturing Plant
Qualification
Required
Currently Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Computer/Electrical Engineering
Programming experience, preferably in VBA, C+, etc
Candidates must have completed their second year of studies
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
High problem-solving skills and self-direction
Company will not provide sponsorship of position – must be eligible to work in US
Preferred
Technical hands-on experience with Microsoft Office products
