Oversees pre‑production build events and ensures timely issue identification and resolution
Coordinates ordering, building, testing, and disposition of vehicles for prototype and evaluation stages
Directs drive fleet evaluation plans and manages product development change approvals before builds
Prepares and delivers weekly new model program assessment reports for senior management
Manages launch budgets and executes program‑controlled activities within approved financial parameters
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial technology, or a related technical field
3-5 Years of experience required
Strong program management capability for new model launch activities
Experience coordinating pre‑production builds, issue resolution, and cross‑functional launch tasks
