Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and data visualizations
Translate business requirements into scalable and performant reporting solutions
Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and present findings
Connect and build data models leveraging Snowflake
Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and clarity
Support ongoing analytics needs within pharmaceutical/life sciences engagements
Ensure data accuracy and alignment with business KPIs

Required

5+ years of professional experience in data analytics or BI development
Advanced expertise in Tableau (development and dashboard design required)
Hands-on experience working with Snowflake (including building data models or querying directly within Snowflake)
Prior experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry (required)
Strong SQL skills
Proven experience presenting insights to stakeholders and business leaders
Excellent communication and consulting skills
Experience working within consulting environments
Familiarity with regulated industry reporting requirements
Experience supporting commercial, clinical, or operational pharma teams
