Responsibilities
Lead architecture design for manufacturing and supply chain system integrations
Architect solutions supporting Oracle Fusion manufacturing, purchasing, and planning modules
Design and oversee integrations using:
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for data extraction and interface orchestration
Azure Service Bus for cloud-to-on-prem and inter-system messaging
Support quality systems hosted in AWS
Architect solutions across a multi-cloud environment, including AWS, Azure, and on-prem infrastructure (Akron data center)
Ensure seamless integration between cloud platforms and on-prem manufacturing systems
Lead development of application components and system integrations aligned with business and enterprise architecture standards
Establish architecture governance, best practices, and technical standards
Evaluate emerging technologies and guide adoption decisions
Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in IT or Solution Architecture (Lead-level experience required)
Proven experience designing complex ERP and manufacturing system integrations
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion data models and interfaces
Experience with supply chain, manufacturing quality, and inventory management systems
Experience operating in multi-cloud and hybrid data center environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field OR 10+ years of relevant IT experience

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Azure Service Bus
AWS (including quality system integrations)
Multi-cloud architecture (AWS + Azure + on-prem)
ERP modernization and migration strategy (Oracle 11i → Oracle Fusion)
Data modeling and master data management (Item Master, sourcing, inventory flows)
Web services, APIs, Microservices, SOA
Data warehousing and ETL
Architecture governance and standards
SDLC and system integration best practices
Change management
Preferred
Experience with planning tools such as Blue Yonder, o9, or Kinaxis
Experience with cloud-based Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
Python development
Advanced architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF, CISSP)
