Responsibilities

Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead capacity

Mastery of both front-end and back-end technologies - specifically recent React experience and .NET Core/.NET Framework (C#) for backend development

Deep expertise in SQL Server (or similar relational databases) including schema design, performance tuning, and data integrity

Experience designing and consuming GraphQL APIs, including schema design, performance considerations, and integrating GraphQL into modern front-end and backend architectures

Experience with Azure cloud environments, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices

Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and comfort operating in complex enterprise ecosystems with multiple dependencies

Experience driving adoption of tools such as GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development platforms

Establishing usage standards, guardrails, and best practices for AI-enabled coding within teams

Coaching or mentoring developers on effective AI-assisted workflows

Leveraging AI to improve delivery velocity, code quality, test coverage, or cycle time

Measuring and communicating the business impact of AI-driven productivity gains

Identifying opportunities to optimize SDLC processes through responsible AI integration

Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor developers

Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience modernizing legacy systems within large enterprise environments

Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and deliver pragmatic, high-impact solutions
