Responsibilities

Audit and process Expense Reports
Assist with Training and Store Launching
Act as back-up for Time Card Processing
Assist with Co-op Claims Processing
Assist with Operational Reporting
Manage Document control and Work Instruction updates
Identify opportunities for process improvement
Identify and address potential concerns proactively
Data gathering and preparation weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual presentations/meetings presented to both internal and external customers
Promotional items: Ordering, storing shipping
Assist in preparation of reports to support new business development proposal initiatives
Implementation of new program initiatives
Documentation of new programs and processes
