Telemetry background including understanding of SNMP traps / polling and EMS systems
Good understanding of technical architecture and data flow
Good understanding of streaming data (e.g., Kafka)
Proficient in Splunk / Elkstack queries (optimized)
Exceptional troubleshooting capability
Previous operations experience
Capable of understanding data and determining telemetry to alert from
Good understanding of AIOps / MLOps
SQL knowledge / experience
Time series DB knowledge / experience
Python knowledge / experience
Qualification
Required
