PACS Engagement manager
Veridian Tech Solutions, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Onsite Engagement Manager with deep experience in Clinical Imaging environments. The role involves leading delivery, client engagement, and operational governance for a large-scale imaging managed services program, ensuring operational excellence and continuous service improvement.
Responsibilities
Lead delivery, client engagement, and operational governance for a large-scale imaging managed services program
Serve as the primary client interface, ensuring operational excellence, SLA adherence, stakeholder alignment, and continuous service improvement across imaging platforms and workflows
Qualification
Required
12–18+ years of IT services experience, with 5+ years in Clinical Imaging domain
Strong knowledge of PACS (GE, Philips, Fuji, Sectra, etc.)
Strong knowledge of RIS systems
Strong knowledge of VNA platforms
Strong knowledge of DICOM, HL7 integrations
Strong knowledge of Imaging workflows
Experience managing managed services engagements ($6M+ preferred)
Proven experience in onsite client-facing leadership roles
Strong understanding of ITIL processes
Experience in healthcare provider environments
Preferred
Experience with large IDNs / hospital networks
Knowledge of cloud-based imaging platforms
Exposure to AI imaging solutions and analytics
PMP / ITIL certification preferred
