Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end development of dashboards and analytics using Tableau, Alteryx, ThoughtSpot, and SQL, providing actionable insights for senior management and key stakeholders within the line of business
Create and refine Alteryx workflows to gather data from diverse sources, summarize information based on stakeholder requirements, and ensure data is sourced from authoritative systems following best practices
Develop and enhance intuitive visualizations in Tableau and ThoughtSpot, enabling stakeholders to easily interpret data and make informed decisions
Conduct comprehensive validation of all solution components, verifying that data and visualizations accurately reflect insights and supporting robust control processes
Participate in testing and meetings related to server upgrades, data source changes, and other technology enhancements to maintain seamless data integration
Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding and mentoring team members to build their proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline
3+ years of experience delivering data analytics projects and developing advanced data visualizations and presentations, with a strong expertise in Tableau
Hands-on experience with business intelligence and data preparation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau Prep, or similar platforms
Proficiency in working with relational databases, including optimizing SQL queries to extract, summarize, and report on large datasets for both standard and ad-hoc analyses
Proven ability to interpret data within its business context, identifying opportunities and insights that drive value beyond the numbers
Highly motivated self-starter with a track record of thought leadership and achieving results in a fast-paced, evolving environment
